The Consumer Price Index was up nearly one percent for the month, and inflation is up 6.2% year over year. That is the highest increase we have seen in 30 years, and you can pretty much guarantee that these numbers are being understated. As consumers, we are feeling the financial pressure everywhere from the grocery store to the gas station. And unfortunately, inflation will not be going away anytime soon.
